Her work includes leading award-winning data projects, developing training programs for city staff, and speaking about government innovation and community-driven solutions with organizations such as Bloomberg Philanthropies, Smart Cities, the Urban Land Institute, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.

Through these experiences, Lisa has developed an understanding of what makes teams work and how to break through surface issues and dig deeper into the substantive challenges that are making work feel harder than it needs to.
